Frannz Club

The Kulturbrauerei is one of the most well-known locations in town, with a supermarket, a huge cinema and the Kesselhaus concert venue. But under the corner tower is also the often-forgotten Frannz, a great club and concert hall, foiunded in 1970 as part of the Schultheiss brewery.

Actually the building has multiple floors, which play host to middle-of-the-road parties in the weekend for a wide-ranging audience. But just as often it features good gigs in the brick-clad building. A perfect place to discover up-and-coming bands. Annoying detail: concerts often start very early so they have the venue empty again for the party night that follows.
