Curly Bar

Against all odds a gay bar has survived in this part of Wedding. It all started around 2013 with the Moritz Bar, impossible to stumble upon, as it was in a residential street.

After several years the gay owners thought it was time for something different, but they managed to find the owners of the female queer bar Silver Future in Neukölln willing to take over.

The renamed Curly Bar survived the pandemic and several crises and is still up and running. What hasn't changed is the cosy atmosphere. The front part of this minuscule place has the bar area, in the back are around ten seats. That makes this alternative hotspot pretty quickly pretty cozy.
