Cassiopeia

The old maintenance factory of the railway close to Warschauer Strasse was closed in 1991 because of the fall of the wall. Squatters took over the complex. Nowadays it is a bohemian place for skaters, climbers (there is a climbing chimney) and clubbers.

The Cassiopeia is one of the clubs on the premises. A small one, discovered by travel guides everywhere. Which doesn’t mean it has lost its no-nonsense charm, especially on midweek club nights. Also a great place for a beer in the Biergarten and an open air cinema in summer.
