Where hipsters come, coffee shops spring up as by wonder. Neukölln is is a good example, because the Friedelstrasse already featured Katie’s Blue Cat and since some time now also the Katulki.
It’s almost a blueprint for Berlin coffeeshops: secondhand furniture, personnel that’s friendly but hardly speaks any German, and all kinds of yummy organic juices and cookies. The coffee? Not world-changing, but just nice.
